Chandrapur - Mul Highway (NH-930) is an important wildlife Corridor connecting   Kawal Tiger Reserve, Kanhalgaon Sanctuary, Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, and Umred-Karhandla Sanctuary. In collaboration with the Wildlife Conservation Trust, we conducted camera trapping to gather data for implementing a mitigation plan. A survey of the highway was carried out in conjunction with the wildlife organization, and approval was granted to move forward with the mitigation measures.  Dinesh Khate from the Habitat Conservation Society, worked closely with Chandrapur Territorial DFO Mr. Sonkusre and executive Engineer Mr. Matte on this initiative, when he worked with WCT.
