Our organization is actively working for the enhancement and protection of wildlife corridors surrounding the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR). To ensure safe movement of wildlife and reduce man-animal conflict, we are closely coordinating with key departments such as the Public Works Department (PWD), National Highways Authority, and the Forest Department.

As part of this initiative, we are not only focusing on forest areas but also wildlife habitats that lie outside designated forest boundaries. By engaging with multiple stakeholders, we are striving to implement effective mitigation plans—including measures to minimize the impact of roads, highways, and human activity on vital wildlife corridors.

Recognizing our consistent efforts, Maha MTB Mumbai Tarun Bharat honored us with the Species and Habitat Warrior Award on 5th June 2025, World Environment Day, Mumbai. This recognition further strengthens our commitment to safeguard biodiversity and ensure that critical wildlife corridors remain functional for the long-term survival of species like the tiger and other fauna dependent on Tadoba’s rich ecosystems.

We believe that protecting wildlife corridors is not just about saving species but also about maintaining ecological balance and securing a healthier future for communities living around these landscapes.
