Forest fire Monitoring:

Forest Fire Management Survey with Forest Department, Ghot Range, Gadchiroli Division.

Gadchiroli forest division recorded the highest number of forest fires, with 10,557 fire incidents documented in 2020-2021.In response to this issue, the Chief Conservator of Forests Mr. Yatbon (I.F.S)   convened a meeting with all wildlife organizations to devise a solution. This meeting involved outreach to local villagers and grazers to collaboratively address the problem of forest fires. As part of this effort, our team visited the Ghot area of the forest to assess the situation.
